I also started paying attention to how websites display sizing charts for clothing. Otherwise they become clutter in the closet after the trend is over. Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new. I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying.

Reviews that mention long term use are more valuable than comments written on day one. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. Clear product descriptions save time and reduce the chance of disappointment. I like when a shop clearly shows PD, lens height and bridge width in millimeters. Now I am more careful with impulse buys and limited time offers. Good stitching usually means the item will not fall apart after one or two washes. They are simply the ones that fit well and survive many rounds of washing or daily use.
